Base in Nadi Airport…

• Heli-Tours is based in Namaka and offers transfers from the Nadi Airport.
• FREE pick up from hotels and resort in Denarau and Nadi.

• Minimum Numbers: two full adult fares.
• Ages: 0-23 months: Infant (Free of charge - on the lap of a full fare paying adult); 24 months - 12 years: (Child transfer bookings are subject to a minimum of two full adult fares.); 13+: Adult (Full adult Fare)
• Weights: The maximum passenger weight is 136kg. In addition to this we also have a maximum total aircraft weight, therefore passengers 100kgs and over may be subject to an excess weight surcharge.
• Baggage: Maximum of 23kgs per person for transfer flights. Over 23kg will be charged a rate of FJD$12 per kilo or sent on the next available flight or left in storage at our hangar.

Cancellation Policy:

Helicopter:

• Any reservation cancelled after 14 days of booking will be charged at FJD65 per person cancellation fee.
• Any reservation cancelled after 5 days of booking, within the month of travel will be charged at FJD65 per person cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation within 72 hours of travel or no show will be charged as per full rates.
  

Fixed Wing:

• Any reservation cancelled after 14 days of booking will be charged at FJD65 per person cancellation fee. 
• Any reservation cancelled after 5 days of booking, within the month of travel will be charged at FJD65 per person cancellation fee. 
• Fare is 50% refundable if booking is cancelled before 14 days of departure 
• Cancellation inside 14 days of departure is non-refundable 
• “No shows” will result in cancellation of sector and value of ticket being forfeited 
• A change fee of FJD100 per person per date change.

Weather:

• All flights are subject to weather availability. If cancelled due to weather then we will endeavour to re-book the customers at another time that is convenient or in the case where this is no availability then a full refund will be given.

How your booking works...

• We only take a small deposit now (approx 10% to 15%) and you pay the balance due on arrival at the Sales booth, shared with Skydive Fiji and Adventure Sailing Fiji, which is located at the Port Denarau Marina Passenger Terminal.
• If you pay the balance in cash you will avoid the extra 3.5% credit card charges at check-in.
• Payment will be taken in Fijian Dollars only. Any refunds will be paid in FJD. The payment amount may be different due to currency fluctuations.
• Last minute booking for next day, please book no later than 2 pm the day before.
• As soon as you book we'll send you an "Order Pending" email to say we have received this. We then book your tour (as fast as humanly possible) and send you a second "Order Confirmed" email with all the important details of your trip. No need to print this voucher but you must be able to tell the check-in staff your Booking Reference number.
• Your credit card is stored in our booking systems secure vault and will automatically be deleted 30 days after your trip. We do not have access to your credit card numbers.
• All prices include 25% Fiji Government taxes & levies (9% VAT + 10% Sales Turnover Tax + 6% Environmental Levy)
