Base in Nadi…

Turtle Airways is situated on Wailoaloa Beach, which is a 15-minute drive from Nadi International Airport. There are taxis located outside the terminal, and the fare runs at approximately FJ$15.

If you are staying at a Hotel prior to your flight with us, please inquire with the front desk about possible transfer options available. Taxi fares from any hotel in Nadi to our Seaplane base should be no more than FJ$25.

Turtle Airways can arrange a taxi to pick you up upon arrival back into Nadi from your island resort. If you have made alternative arrangements, kindly let Turtle Airways’ reservation staff know.

• Minimum Numbers: two full adult fares.
• Ages: Under 2 years: Infant (Free of charge baggage 5KG); 2-11yrs: ]; 12+: Adult (Full adult Fare)
• Weights: The maximum passenger weight: 4 to 6 per plane depending on weight. Excess baggage: $5 per kilo.
• Baggage: Maximum of 20kgs per Adult/ 12kgs per Child for transfer flights.
• Operations: typically between 0700hrs to 1745hrs

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before travel will attract a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will result in a 100%  

Weather:

• All flights are subject to weather availability. In situations where passengers are stranded in Nadi due to bad weather, TAL will do all it can to assist clients in finding alternative hotel accommodation.

How to Cancel...

• For all cancellations please contact HotFiji.deals on ph: 777 6666 or email info@hotfiji.deals. We highly recommend you have travel insurance to cover any possible cancellation costs.

How your booking works...

• We only take a small deposit now (approx 10% to 15%) and you pay the balance due on arrival at the Turtle Airways office at Wailoaloa.
• If you pay the balance in cash you will avoid the extra 3.5% credit card charges at check-in.
• Payment will be taken in Fijian Dollars only. Any refunds will be paid in FJD. The payment amount may be different due to currency fluctuations.
• As soon as you book we'll send you an "Order Pending" email to say we have received this. We then book your tour (as fast as humanly possible) and send you a second "Order Confirmed" email with all the important details of your trip. No need to print this voucher but you must be able to tell the check-in staff your Booking Reference number.
  
• Your credit card is stored in our booking systems secure vault and will automatically be deleted 30 days after your trip. We do not have access to your credit card numbers.
• All prices include 25% Fiji Government taxes & levies (9% VAT + 10% Sales Turnover Tax + 6% Environmental Levy)
